At our core, we are creators. We are a diverse group of artists, visionaries, musicians, writers, social architects, illustrators, potters, entrepreneurs, designers, and healers who are on the brink of bringing our unique gifts into the world.

HOW DOES THE BLOOM COLLECTIVE WORK?

EACH MONTH YOU RECEIVE 2 TWO-HOUR SESSIONS
Our first monthly session: You will experience a highly facilitated environment that will provide time with other creatives and you will be guided through a process that will keep you accountable to your goals. Along the way, you will receive new tools, inspiring stories, and learn from each other about the projects you are developing. This is a place where you can showcase your work, and receive focused support from your community.
Each month, different members of our community will have an opportunity to be featured and share what they are working on, where their learning edge is, and where they need help. Throughout our time together, you will have opportunities to present and be seen and in front of your small group and by our larger group. All participation is voluntary.

Each month you have opportunities to ask for the tangible support you need: Need to learn how to write a grant? Create a budget? Someone to illustrate your idea? What’s the best way to get your website going? Help with technical skills? Call on the genius of our community for guidance.
OUR SECOND MONTHLY SESSION:
Our second monthly session: will feature guest speakers who will help you hone the skills you need to thrive. Need tangible skills to break through blocks? Need to master your elevator speech? Hone your vision and mission? Tune in to these interactive learning sessions on the second Wednesday of each month.
IF YOU WANT TO WARM YOURSELF BY THE FIRE: BRING WOOD.
As others are in service to you– you will have opportunities to be of service to others (with healthy boundaries). This is where the unexplainable magic happens: the act of giving opens the same channel for you to receive and is how synergy is created and powerful communities thrive.
ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS
In addition to our monthly gatherings, you will have an opportunity to join a small “group of greatness” with three others. This is your superhero team of allies who will have your back, hold you accountable to accomplishing your goals, witness, and celebrate your successes, offer support and new strategies when you hit those roadblocks, help you consider new strategies, help connect you to those you need to know, and cheer you on.
MENTORSHIP
Want to work directly with Leah? There are a few spots available for private mentorship. We meet through video (or in person if in LA). Calls each week address your creative process, who you are as a creator, and your unique process.

WHY AM I INSPIRED TO GUIDE THE BLOOM COLLECTIVE?
At the beginning, middle, and end of the day: I am a creator.
As someone who has been in the business of launching creative initiatives for over 2 decades, from full scale multi-media productions, performances, books, and films, I know what it takes. I understand the multitudes of thresholds that have to be crossed, and how the more you expand, the larger the blocks and barriers become.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do I need to have something I'm working on, or can I come because I feel called?
This is a group designed for motivated people who have a specific something they are committed to taking to the next level. If you don’t have something you are committed to bringing to fruition: this group is not for you. If you love this idea, but this just isn’t the time, you can join the wait list, and come back when our doors open again in 6 months.
Are there any restrictions to participation?
The Bloom Collective is designed for all who have a commitment to bring something to fruition. All are welcome.
I love the idea, can I join later?
In order to join us, you must be registered by January 21st.
What if I miss a monthly meeting?
This is not school, you will not be graded on attendance. All sessions are recorded and available to you on our online platform, Mighty Networks.
Do I really have to join a group that meets weekly?
Definitely not. You will be given an accountability group, and together you will determine when and how often you meet.
I'm not sure I want to commit for the entire year, what if I finish my project before the end of the year? Can I drop out of the program and stop paying?
This program is about commitment, to yourself, and others. By joining you are responsible to pay for the entire program, knowing that the value you will receive far exceeds the $999 (yearly) or $1,188 (monthly) membership.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation Policy
The nature of the work of learning to create a new story while stepping into living a new story will invite you to leave your comfort zone. You will be invited to meet the edges of what you are familiar with over and over, and be given the tools to play there. There is a powerful field that supports movement and growth when you are playing a part in a collective where everyone is committed to keep showing up, to move through the blocks and the uncomfortable places. This cancellation policy is not just about business, it is about doing what we can to insure that we are all in this together, engaging and using the tools of sacred storytelling to face whatever discomfort or challenges may present. Therefore, by registering for the Bloom Membership, you are signing up to to go the distance.
Cancellation within 48 hours of when the first class begins:
Occasionally someone walks into a first class, and in the first moments realize they are not in the place that is in alignment for them. If this is you, you will receive a refund minus a $30 admin fee. We thank you for understanding that there are admin costs associated with dropping out of a class.
Cancellation 48 hours after the first class begins:
Occasionally major changes in life situations happen such as a death or massive transition that prevents you from attending. We are understanding of these moments, if you need to drop out after the 2nd class, your tuition can be applied to the tuition of a future class, minus a $30 admin fee.
