Understand the energetic qualities of the moon phases and a practice for more embodied relationship to the phases  of the moon. Also, learn how the moon affects your reactions to events in your life.

Moon Phase Journal Practice

Begin mapping your own energetic rhythms through guided reflection and tracking practices.

Experience a facilitated Soul Story Ceremony and learn how to create your own Medicine Stories — stories that clarify, heal, and guide.

Soul Map Creation
